Caoimhe Lavelle

Caoimhe Lavelle is Kwoo: a goofy Dublin goth DJ, poet and all-round one-woman circus. She studied English literature in Trinity College Dublin and is a self-taught artist. Caoimhe’s first solo exhibition took place in Ranelagh Arts Centre in March 2017 featuring her portraiture, some comix, spoken word audio work and mixed media sculpture. She has also performed her poetry (while hula-hooping) at such events as IMMA’s “Hot On The Heels Of Love” for the surrealist exhibition “What We Call Love”, and the launch of Tom Mathews’ “What’s Her Name? Virginia Plain”. She sometimes writes reviews for overblown.co.uk and thedementedgoddess.com

She tweets @kwoovo and strikes poses https://www.instagram.com/kwoovoid/
