DELPHINE COUDRAY  is a dedicated storyteller with over 25 years of experience in theatre writing, directing, coaching, and film editing. In her thirties, she pursued a new creative path by studying Animation, which led her into the industry as Courses and Events Coordinator for Animation Skillnet, supporting training and development across the animation, games, and VFX sectors. She now serves part-time as Head of Operations at Animation Ireland, the national representative body for leading animation studios.

Alongside her industry work, Delphine continues to write and direct her own creative projects. ReRooted is her debut animated short.
